Town and Country

Very office based today, but I did get out for a short time. Lots of new development is taking place along the Irwell - that under construction in this shot is on the Manchester bank, and is on the site of the former Harry Ramsdens on Regent Road.

I hardly ever leave work early - but we hardly ever get days as sunny and hot as this, so I broke that rule. And this evening we headed over to Dunham - it's the best time of day for a walk there. Next time though we'll go later. Still too early for the bats, which are fantastic to watch.
