padley gorge

An afternoon picnic in the glorious sunshine at Padley Gorge.  Life doesn't get much better.  Zeke amazed us with his adventurous spirit, no need for hand holding, he just marched down a steep bank and got in with paddling around in the freezing cold stream for most of the afternoon.  A fair bit of tumbling didn't seem to phase him either, he just stood up again and cracked on!  We had to remove him by force in the end as he was a very shivery boy.

Eve was equally enthralled by the stream and equally fearless.  But she didn't have to be removed by force, she's not daft and she removed herself before the shivers set in.
