Manic Monday

Today:

- I booked our ferry to Mull (!!!!!!!)
- I bought a serious pair of shoes

I could have totally done with just one little extra day off today to get my head in gear again for work. Alas, that wasn't to be and so we hit the ground running. I feel like we're going to be flying by the seat of our pants this week but I'm hoping that a few early mornings will help.

This evening I totally wilted on my run. A combination of extreme temperatures and complete lack of hydration left me flailing. I'm currently sweating my face off and wondering if this is what it feels like to be Rob Harris.
