Freedom

This was definitely the calm before the storm today. A lovely 3 mile walk with Roo and plenty of puddles. Rip had a 5 minute walk followed by 30 minutes of hydrotherapy.

Arrived at work to find that a man with a sledgehammer, riding a bicycle had broken several windows. Luckily my colleagues who had already arrived were unharmed.

It was the first day of a new service and the phones were very busy all day.

The deep fat fryer overflowed causing a right mess and Rip has just been sick. (Think he ate dinner too fast) - I am fasting today too - non stop fun.

Roll on a pleasant walk tomorrow (and breakfast)
