Labyrinthitis Diary Day 15

Spoke to the doctor; will try and gradually ease back into work from home this week.  No cycling for the rest of the month (as the doctor said:  if all you were doing was looking straight ahead on the bike, you'd probably be fine, but that's not what you do in traffic ...).  Ease off the meds; prognosis is fine.  Which is good.

Had a short wander round in the cemetery for a change of scenery and a bit of light exercise ...
