Lake Alexandrina

We're heading home today after a wonderful long weekend fishing. We stopped to look at Lake Alexandrina near Tekapo earlier today. It's fly fishing only and doesn't have a winter season.

The weather has been like this all weekend, well into the minuses at night and pleasantly warm in the sun during the day.

I'm still 1.5 hours from home. I have a few back blips to catch up with over the next few days, some fish to deal with, and a pile of gear to sort. Here's a starter from the weekend.
