Last minute

It seemed like a good thing when there was the opportunity to join a sewing block group (similar to sew-a-row), so signed up ages ago. With everything going on at the moment, noticed that the block needs to be passed on Thursday this week!! I'm out every night this week so today had to crack it.

Spent the morning deciding what to do (Pinterest and other resources), then starting. Quick break to go and visit pa-in-law in hospital (hopefully the last time, as home tomorrow fingers crossed). Back home to Skype our daughter and also quick FaceTime chat with our son. Ironing then tea and back up to work on the block.

Worked on this all evening - supposed to be 12.5" finished block - mines just over 13 ..... going to bed and re-thinking tomorrow :)
