Hot.  Again.  97ºF/36ºC.  

I got up early to get some stuff done, ran the irrigation in the garden for an extra cycle.  The bird bath refilled, lots of visitors to it day and night as you can imagine.  Sat on the porch with a coffee.

Went to take a look at a 2 bedroom condo for sale in our neighborhood a block up from us.  More thoughts and ideas and an insightful conversation with the realtor.  

Didn't feel like breakfast or lunch today but around 2 p.m. we were finally hungry and went for sushi.  This reader in the shade waiting for her bus on NE 15th Ave as we left the restaurant.
