'Squirt'

Spent the morning mainly in bed which I later discovered wasn't a good thing. My back and hips are agony. Even a slight movement can send a quick burst of pain.

Later mum and I went along to Steven's for a BBQ and a play with Lewis. He got a new water gun and at first was finding it a bit tricky to operate but it didn't take him long to soak us. Fun.
Unfortunately my sore back prevented me from having more fun with Lewis.
