Billy Ocean

Take a bow, Liverpool.  Or, better still, take a week off.  That was an impeccably well organised River Festival.  The weather helped, obv, but even so, the line-ups were superb, the stewarding was clever and the crowds enjoyed themselves to just the right side of too much fun.  I know I've said it before, but it does warrant a repeat - Liverpool really knows how to do this.  A spectacular weekend.
