We arrived in Mindo in the afternoon. We had about 30 minutes to hang out before the first WorldTeach session. After that we were free for dinner. First we checked out a local brewery. They man who owned it was from Michigan. They brewed beer with chocolate. I opted for a glass of wine, which turned out to be quite good. Then we ate dinner at a local place that was grilling a bunch of different meats and smelled delicious. It lived up to the smell, as it also tasted delicious. Later we met up with some locals at a bar. Mindo is very similar to Cuellaje, except with more to do and a nightlife.
