Perpignan - Centre del Mon

Arrived in Perpignan in a very quck time on the TGV - one and a  half hours.  Salvador Dali called it the Centre of the World - not sure why.

Waiting for our train to Prades we had a little light lunch and caught sight of the waiter.  Is that an MCC tie?
