Going Cheap!

King Tut has seen better times but still remains as inscrutable as ever. The Lovely Bazaar was where I had my welcome mint tea on my first return to Cairo five years ago. The owners offered me five thousand camels for Dd and I declined, not having ready stabling for such a herd:-). Today we are having a leisurely lunch in the Thai just above the bazaar, Dd being free of work for once to enjoy a Sunday in Cairo at leisure together.
