Milo's Here

We have a puppy house guest until Sunday afternoon. Our son asked us to look after Milo whilst he is away at the weekend.

I went to collect her first thing. She is a 5 month old Collie / Lab cross - and a little bit boisterous! She and Finlay went mad in the garden for a bit as they got to know each again - lots of barking and chasing!

We went out for our walk mid morning - before it got too warm - and I managed to get them to sit together for a micro second to get this shot. Milo (on the left) is only about half the size of Finlay - a bit of an illusion here. I think Finlay finds her a bit much - although he is happy to romp around the garden with her, she doesn't know when to stop and leave him alone!

She is fairly biddable - she can do sit, lie down, shake paws, high fives - but she doesn't do 'stay' very well. As soon as she has sat down she will pop up and follow you around - she just loves people and has to be with them!

Hopefully all will be fine - she is coming to stay for a few days next weekend - and then for a fortnight at the end of July.
