Shield Bug

......I've no idea exactly which sort of Shield Bug, but it was very tiny ...... about three quarters of a centimetre :-)
He's not standing with his back to a mirror......he was doing what Shield Bugs do at this time of year.... in fact there were loads of them doing it, I couldn't find one on it's own to photograraph......so I'm afraid you have the x-rated version :-))

The poor chap that came to do the fencing really struggled to get the old posts and concrete out of the ground ( even with a pneumatic drill!!!) and only managed to do just over half.....so he has to come back tomorrow to finish off, as he has another job starting on Monday.......but what he has done is brilliant and we are really pleased with his work........and so far I haven't lost a single plant :-))
