Winding down

Lovely day in Dyffid. A tough hilly race first thing then up and down the valleys to the Three Cliffs and a walk along the beach. We've seen Catherine Zeta Jones house in Langland Bay no less.

Sunburnt, sand in the toes and a championship medal at Table Tennis (our very kind hosts all beaten one by one falling like dominoes they were) has made for a super day.

Tired little bunnies we are so
