The need for speed

Today was H's party. He has been desperate to go go-karting for ages and today was the day. He and four friends took to the newly refurbished track with huge excitement. To say they are only 9, they drove at speeds of up to 25mph with great skill. There were only a couple of very minor bumps as they got warmed up.  They were all so excited when they came off the track.
Then it was up to mum and dad's house for a spa and a bbq. Surprisingly, there was still some water left in the spa despite them creating a mini tsunami every few minutes.  Food was swiftly eaten and then back into the spa. H now has one of his friends round for a sleep over. Hopefully they will be at least a little weary as since they've been home, they've played over 3 and a half hours of football in the garden had tea outside and over 15000 steps each!! Here's hoping!
