Note to Self

Don't drink actual real caffeinated coffee - I got too involved in finding out what non dairy milk they had in the cafe at lunch and forgot to ask for a decaf! Didn't realise till after I'd drank it :(
Freddie didn't kip all afternoon as a result, but on the plus side was not a grizzle monster either!
