14.7 Mile cycle this morning.

This is a very steep hill beside Threipmuir reservoir. Strava says I went up it in 4 mins 26 secs at an average speed of 3.8mi/h, and I don't think that time includes stops - of which there where several. It says I went down it in 34s at an average speed of 30mi/h, and that definitely didn't include any stops.

Reading the mainstream political news at the moment, it seems the trend is cherry pick a fact out of all context, extrapolate wildly, and then claim the proof shows what you believed anyway*.
