A colleague from work whom I had lunch with recently mentioned this place on Beach Road that I'd not heard of before. Apparently, it's been here for at least a year...

G was given her MRI Brain appointment at 8 am at a hospital nearby. She couldn't have any food 4 hours prior to the scan and as Ramadan starts on Monday, I thought it would be the perfect time to check it out. Breakfast is their thing...

It is certainly a most unusual cafe! Double glazing everywhere (unusual for this place) and lots of fine detail. Their clientelle were very diverse too and plentiful. People actually queue for a table here. We were so early, we didn't need to. There was much on their menu that I don't eat, so not racing back in a hurry. The sharp eyed among you will notice the classic car in the distance. I think that is part of the attraction.

Didn't do much the rest of the day. Just chilled... Caught up with things, like blip!

Gs MRI is the last test she needs to do to get to the bottom of what caused her seizure last Saturday. The next step is to see the neurologist again, which should be on Monday.
