Strange Evening / Morning

Daughter was working last night. Even when busy she is usually home by 10pm. By 11pm she still wasn't home and had not been in touch. We felt a little anxious so Hubby popped along to see that everything was okay. When he got there the pub was jam packed with young people. Some were in the village for a wedding today and there was a large group of french youths who were camping near by.

Hubby phoned to say that it was so busy he didn't expect her to be home soon and did I want to go along and we would stay until she finished. So I did quick change and like a teenager, headed to the pub at 11.30 pm. He wasn't exaggerating about how busy it was.

This is two of the local kids who were in celebrating. They had both received their exam results and will be graduating later in the summer. Both with excellent marks. Clever Clogs!

Daughter didn't finish until 2 am. She had worked a thirteen hour shift. Poor wee soul has been tired today.
