Backblipping our recent holiday

A fantastic long day in New York. We walked and walked, as you do.

Highlights were having lunch at the Tavern on the Green in Central Park, photos at the red steps in Times Square, and snapping street shots to try to capture the spirit of this amazing city.

In the evening we went across to St Ann's Warehouse in Brooklyn to see Streetcare Named Desire. Gillian Anderson starred and played it with such sexy humour in the first half that Blanche's decline in the second was almost unbearable. Wonderful stuff.
