Kotare flying in!

A NZ Kingfisher looking for a better perch for a spot of fishing.

I never realised how quickly they fly, certainly not a very good shot but I quite liked the action captured.

Rather pleasant at the estuary today, with a full king tide there were plenty of morsels for the kingfishers.
