This des res can be found on Norman's Bay. This is just the garage and the house is just as dilapidated. It's right on the beach and lots of people would like to buy it. The owner, however, is not interested in selling or maintaining this place. I have no idea why not.

It might look better if the sun shone on it but that's just not going to happen tonight.
