Film star friday

My absolute heroine Shirley Valentine!!! Thought about getting a perm but thought it was a bit drastic. Could have done with a Tom Conti but no one was available!
I remember showing the play to a group of deaf students at the school I was teaching at then studying the play our day out, their assignment was to write a story when Shirley Valentine met Carol, they were brilliant.
I've had a lovely day a birthday picnic with my friend Angela who also has a birthday on Monday and her granddaughter, then fish and chips. Yummy.
4 new tyres and 2 brake pads on the car at a bargain price, half the price the dealers would charge and the proper parts too! Was very lucky I went to the place I did.
