Mr WILSONNnnnnnnnnn

Quite a few years ago now a film was made starring Walter Matteau called Dennis it was loosely based on the Dennis the Menace character from the popular children's comic The Beano( a favourite of my dads and mine as kids)

Dennis is a naughty boy always
Into mischief and getting into trouble especially with his neighbour Mr Wilson.

Now Mr Wilson is a keen gardener and had grown a flower that only blooms once ever 100 years.

He holds a big party on the day of the intended opening when the flower blooms for only a minute or so.

Just at that said time Dennis does something really naughty and of course Mr Wilson misses the event.

We've been growing a poppy now for a few years and obviously when it flowered this morning we had a Mr Wilson moment, yes and once again a few years ago I did another fancydress with my very own Gnasher Roo for my partner.
