Floral Prettiness

I needed some to sooth the nerves. The lighter nights and mornings are driving Munni nuts and she doesn't settle properly until I get up (and then she goes to sleep).  I'm thniking about getting her a sleep mask a la TC.

And so it was another long, stressful & fun day.  I had another new start to entertain on the joys of the mainframe.  And it went on for hours - I provided Ginger Nuts as usual and offered pauses regularly.  She survived and didn't seem at all unhappy - I'm getting quite good at this.

We also had to deal with our usual day-to.day support stuff as well - that caused a lot of headaches.  We have a thing at work where you put in advice in your program about what to do in the event of something going wrong. 

This should be quite specific. 

Sadly that wasn't the case today, where the helpful text said "If it goes wrong, find the problem and fix it" (Fehler analysieren und Ursache beheben).  All in all it's more of a general Zen approach to computing than anywhere near helpful.  This adds more evidence to my belief that many computer programmers write notes to themselves but do not communicate.
