Split, On Board and Milna

The ship wifi has been rubbish the last few days so I have not been able to upload photographs.

We are not on either of these two cruise liners, our is a lot smaller with only 40 passengers.

A final excellent breakfast in the hotel. By the time we were packed and checked out of the hotel it was time to check in on the ship. It is the M/Y Diamond, built in 2015 and so very shiny and new. After this we had a couple of hours before we we due to leave. Back on shore for a coffee we noticed it is quite windy.

The windy weather was confirmed when we left as the ride was a little Bumby as we left the harbour. It turned out the weather was too rough for our first scheduled stop of Bol, instead we headed for a sheltered bay and the port of Milna.

When we went ashore we found it to be a very sleepy village. It has quite a large marina but there was nobody about. As the village had been so quiet in the afternoon we surprised when it suddenly came to life in the early evening. We went to a local pizzeria before deciding to call it a day.
