Oh to be a Gerbera...The Circle of Life

Friday...
My Gerberas are still looking wonderful so decided to blip them as it is Flower Friday, after all.  What a perfect view they have....looking out my large livingroom window, they have a view of my front garden with irises aplenty, monstrous hostas, a Japanese maple, various other plants and flowers...and the bird feeder.  

Still beautiful temperatures here.....with loads of sunshine!  My son arrives home tomorrow for a week's holiday before his course begins.  Yay me!  It also gives me the perfect excuse to travel into Toronto to photograph the peonies (hopefully they are still blooming beautifully).

Was offered a job last night....to photograph landscape projects for a company's website and magazine.  Tickled pink about that one....just hope I can pull it off  ; )
