Dealing With Loss

Aged 98 my friend and Shipmate Ted Turvey has Crossed The Bar.
We were the only Engine Room Ratings in our Branch of the RNA and as such had an affinity through shared experiences albeit years apart.
A WWII veteran Ted was reticent about his experiences but would regale you with tales of peace time foreign runs ashore.
We shall gather together a week today to give Ted the send off he so richly deserves.
