Woody

Woody the wood pigeon is often on our garden fence and tonight I noticed him sat for ages on a fence post in the field.  So I decided to get my camera, thinking that he'd have flown off by the time I got back, but he hadn't.  His mate was on another post and they were both quite content so I managed to get a few shots before they flew off.

I went swimming at lunch time and swam 50 lengths!  Then I met Marilyn for lunch at Beyond Design in Rottingdean - as usual we sat and talked for a couple of hours until they put the 'closed' sign on the door and it was time to leave.

Tonight Alan wanted to go to the DIY store to get some materials for the summerhouse, so I went with him, although I think he regretted it - while he was getting wood and sealant, I was accessorising with cushions and bunting!  We can't wait to get working on it now :-)
