Egg

I saw a lovely painting of a cracked egg on a plate at the weekend. It was very simple, very painterly, good use of colour to describe light and shade. I wish I had bought it.

You can tell the egg is very fresh because the white is very gelatinous, not runny.

Today was a day of paperwork (other than a trip to the Audi garage to check out cars). I sent off my postal vote for the Referendum. Like England and Scotland, I think the UK and Europe are better together.
