The feeding tree

This is the tree in the front yard, it is the bird feeder. When we get the groceries we get a bird feeder mix to hang in the tree. Sometimes there are so many birds in the tree it looks like it has sprouted leaves. We mainly get wax eyes, starlings, finches into feast. They clean up the whole feeder in 1 day. It's such a normal thing now, that even the cat does not take any notice. It's really nice to see them and to hear the birds calling, I feel sorry for them as this winter has had some bitterly cold frosts.
