Hanging in There

We had a frost this morning... Parts of our lawn were white for the first time this year.
Alas, my lower back pain has not abated over the last three days. I had my weekly Physiotherapy session this morning with ultrasound treatment. Then Leonie, my Physio strapped up my back with elastic plaster to give a little stability and to act as a reminder when I make silly moves. (I can still rake leaves though but not pick them up...)
Sigh... I hope it gets sorted soon as the problem is slowing me down far too much!
I visited Pollard Park on my way home. It is a lovely peaceful place to visit. Some of the many beautiful trees are still hanging on to their glorious autumn leaves.
