Will you be my Friend?

I saw this little fellow tied up outside the public library. He was waiting patiently but he did look rather forlorn. I just got off a couple of frames before three children emerged boisterously from the building, together with a parent. His tail began to wag, the lead was taken hold of and the family departed in good spirits. Happy ending.
