Japanese Anenome

A snorter of a frost this morning boded well for a smashing winter’s day, a cloudless sky and some heat in the sun. Gorgeous!

Supermarket shopping this morning – our UK/Ireland travelling companions are arriving this afternoon and staying overnight. 

I’m getting my blip done early before they arrive, dinner is prepared, drinks & nibbles at the ready.

Oh, and just had an email to say one of my images (called "A Graceful Decline") has been chosen for the beautiful coffee table book put out by PSNZ (Photographic Society of NZ).  It started out as a blip, earlier in the year. I've put in as an extra. Rather chuffed..
