Look what an hour to spare in town threw up! Luckily it's a pretty rare occurrence.

Work this morning was taken up with site matters but it was a good reminder of how impressive and committed a key member of staff is.

Some thinking work done in between times too.

Home to The Teen and a trip to town before my first attempt at Body Combat with my sister who is a dedicated aficionado. Was definitely cathartic!
