Cheeky chappy

Mum and I have been sorting through old photos, including a box that came from my Nana's when she died in 1981. I don't think it's been opened since.

We've no idea who this chap is. All it says on the back is 'aged 6'. We don't know how old the pic is either. It's too nice an image to throw away. Does anyone recognise him?
