Double Trouble

For the first time ever, Nellie came to spend time at our place when her mum was at work. It was very intense. Nellie likes to be boss, even in MY house which was very confusing. She played with my ball and my squeaky pig. She jumped up on the sofa. And worst of all, she wanted to be on MY mum's lap! Hello?? I tried to be polite and play my favourite games of wrestling and chasing with her, but she wouldn't even do that. We both got yummy chews.

After an hour, mum had had enough and we went for a nice long walkie. I found a dead mouse, but mum spotted it before I could start rolling around in it or worse. We both jumped rocks for treats, and I practised my walking on cattle grids. On the whole, a great poodle morning.
