Cross Country

A beautiful first day of winter today!

I was selected as 'Manager' to help take a group of students to compete in the regional Cross Country this afternoon.  'Manager' really just means place recorder and sweatshirt holder.

What a fantastic day we had for it.  This isn't the most exciting photo, but the start of the race was the only time I got to photograph that view behind them.  

The colours suggest it's spring rather than the first day of winter.
