This is one of several fungi growing on our front lawn – under the silver birch trees.
 
It is wild so I am including it in the informal Wild Wednesday challenge – with thanks to Cailleach.
 
Thank you for the stars and/or comments for yesterday’s Tiny Tuesday celebratory blip.  The piece of red in the foreground was a very narrow ribbon and the gold a small cluster of shiny beads.
