Time to Contemplate

I was a Mrs Grump this morning, so on the spur of the moment decided that I needed some time out. I packed my camera into my backpack, dropped Nick at school and then headed to the beach. Stopped off for a delicious breakfast before going for a walk along the prom and the beach. Something so decadent about the whole thing........ but it made me feel balanced again. 

I was very very sneaky with this shot, they had no idea that I was behind them.
