Immovable Object

Mr. Redbird has his heart set on eating from this full feeder.  No stinking little house finch, no matter how aggressive, is going to chase him away.  Check out the two extras to see him munching and ducking.

We had a gorgeous spring, which really started in mid-February this year.  This last day of the month will only get up to a mild 90°/32° but as we turn into June, our hottest average month, we're facing 101°/38° on Thursday.  There is already an excessive heat warning for Saturday.  The forecast is for us to hit 107°/42°  109°/43° on the weekend.
