Island hopping

Wow - what a breakfast this morning - never seen the children eat so much - and their Italian hot chocolate - wow! The hotel has a new entrance, and the dining area has been extended. Lovely to sit and eat outside in the sunshine. A new canopy is being put over the outside area, and we were assured it would be finished by Monday evening - scaffolding still there, and no sign of a canopy! Italian bureaucracy at it's best apparently!
Trip to Murano (glass triffid in extras!) and Burano (main photo and extra of pretty window) today - nice to introduce others to somewhere I like so much. Resting hot feet now before finding somewhere for Spritz and prosecco - oh and I guess food will be involved at some point!
