It's all a blur

Since this photo was taken I've had an ongoing headache which I can't shift, I think I'm back to getting rebound headaches and it's driving me scatty!!

Have spent the whole day in bed trying to get rid of it without taking anymore paracetamol, seems to be slightly better now but still feel 'cloudy' in my head and my eyes are sensitive to light so wearing my sunglasses indoors when I'm not lying down.

What a waste of a day. Hopefully tomorrow my head will be clearer and I can get on with things.
