Busy Bosley

It was busy at the canal today. What a lovely day for a Bank Holiday weekend . We had a leisurely lunch with N & S at a country pub, then drove to the canal for a stroll. Afterwards we went to Macclesfield where the Treacle market was going on. Macc used to be known as Treacle town in bygone days, due to the fact that barrels of treacle rolled off a cart and split open. The poor lost no time in gathering it up....a sticky situation.
