Eastern Kingbird

Badly needed rain (though not much) before dawn and in the early morning. Then a birding outing to Orchard Hill in Amherst, on the edge of the UMass campus--good reports from there earlier but we didn't have much today--a pair of these kingbirds at the parking lot were much the best. Back at home we missed the tennis at Roland Garros--the whole day was rained out :(

Coming home an American Robin was bathing at the base of our driveway--see the extra.
