Thanks to   Nickimags888   for this weeks challenge. Been experimenting all afternoon, but the roses won out at the end of the day. Mono conversion, extracted the detail using Colorefex and tried to apply filters in PSE. Not sure if it worked as I wanted, but quite pleased with the result...
