Ready to do a runner

As I wasn't sure how kindly he would take to being photographed - looked like he was ready to pounce if I put a foot wrong.

Visited Harrogate yesterday and a very nice place it was. In fact I'm wondering how in more than 30 years of visiting this area we have never been before. Just goes to show that you need to broaden your horizons and not do the same old things, visit the same old place etc.

Another run this morning. It was both easier and harder than yesterday's. Easier because it came as less of a shock to the body and harder because afore mentioned body was more than a little stiff after yesterday's run. I hold out hope that after a week of doing this, it will become second nature and I will be the north easts pasty white version of Usain Bolt.
