The Light at the Side of the Tunnel

Contrary to Blairdash and Half Man Half Biscuit I am going to be optimistic. Maybe we are on the verge of a New Dawn* which will break upon the Rocky Shore of... err... Cynicism and wash the Penguins of Pessimism from their Haunts of Despair and feed the Seals of Despair to the Killer Whales of Optimism.

The work seems to be nearly done. The systems are published tomorrow. The Outdoor Lunchtime Football season started today. I was home at a respectable hour this evening and have been drinking Ginger Beer in the garden instead of working.

Of course, if it all goes belly up tomorrow, Blairdash will have been proved right about the train thing.
